All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the link provided or by entering the tracking number on the carrier's website.

Lost/Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at purpularco@gmail.com with your order number and any relevant details. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, we hope to expand our shipping options to include international destinations in the near future. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving customers worldwide soon!

Return & Exchange Policy

 

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, but please note that all sales are final. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We accept returns or exchanges only in the case of defective/incorrect items or size exchange. Our goal is to ensure you have an excellent experience with us, so if you encounter any issues, please don't hesitate to reach out.

If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact us at purpularco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this 7-day period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and include the original tags.

At Purpular, we maintain a strong commitment to the quality of our products. While we maintain rigorous quality control, we understand that occasional manufacturing defects may occur. If you believe your item has a defect, please contact us right away, and we will assess the situation. If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer a repair or replacement.
